Music Adventures for Young Kids Ages 4-7

Young children will have a blast exploring a wide variety of musical ideas such as rhythm and melody, all wrapped up in a fun and engaging general music foundation curriculum. Students will be given a hands-on introduction to several instruments, participate in singing and movement activities, and more!

Days:  Tuesdays, Sept 19 – Nov 28, 2017    10 classes  (no class on Oct 31st)
Times: 4:00 p.m.  – 4:45 p.m.
Ages:  4 – 7
Tuition:  $255 + $10 music fee
Location:  Potomac Building Room 9

Jimmy Stevens is currently pursuing a Masters of Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance at GMU studying under John Aler. In addition to classical repertoire, Jimmy is a lover of musical theatre, with credits including Corny Collins in Hairspray and King Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar. Jimmy believes in helping students find the easiest way to sing based on a solid foundation, as well as exploring music through a variety of genres and activities.  He has taught other music and arts exploration classes for Potomac Arts Academy and he’s very excited to be able to help young people explore and develop their creativity!
