Instructor - Cello
Hailing from Richmond, VA, Rachel Bradner is a recent Music Education graduate from George Mason University. In addition to participating in impromptu read-throughs with her fellow strings majors, she has enjoyed many performance opportunities including playing in the George Mason University Symphony Orchestra, various chamber ensembles and student recitals, a performance with the Gainesville Community Choir, and playing at basketball games with the George Mason Green Machine on both cello and violin. During her time at Mason, Rachel had the pleasure of studying with Kenneth Law, Amy Baumgarten, and Ignacio Alcover. She was honored to be a part of the Potomac Arts Academy’s Instruments in the Attic program as a Teaching Scholar. Rachel plans to teach orchestra at the elementary or middle school levels.
