THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING:

• SETTING UP A POTOMAC ACCOUNT (First-time users)
  When using our Online Registration system for the first time, you will be asked to set up a simple Customer Account before enrolling. You will only need to do this once.
• FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? (Returning customers)
  If you forget your account password, just call the Potomac office and a staff member will help you reset it!
• PROCESSING FEES
  A $3 processing fee will be added to the total cost. (The same applies to Phone-In & Mail-In Registrations.)
• POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  Please review Potomac's Policies and Procedures and FAQ pages for important information regarding participation in our programs.
• RESTRICTIONS
  Please note that certain programs, including Private Lessons, are NOT available for online registration.
• DISCOUNTS
  For Fall and Spring Semester Classes Only:
  A 10% discount is available for additional family member(s) registration (MUST be applied during the same registration transaction).
  A 10% discount is available for current GMU Faculty & Staff (before registering, please call our office for authorization and have your G# ready).
  There are NO discounts for Summer Programs or Private Music Lessons at this time.
• SPLIT PAYMENT PLAN
  A Split Payment Plan option is available for Fall and Spring Semester Classes AND Private Music Lessons.
• TECHNOLOGY ADVISEMENTS
  Attention iPad users: Be sure that "two-finger scrolling" is enabled on your device. Use "two-finger scrolling" to view, scroll, and activate authorization checkboxes.
  Attention Opera browser users: Our system is NOT currently optimized to support Opera. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer - thank you!
• AFTER ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
  Online Registration generally closes 2-3 days prior to the first day of the class/program. After online registration is closed, please call our office to enroll.

You may also register over the phone (with credit card) by calling our office during regular business hours (M-F, 9AM to 5PM). A staff member will be happy to assist you! The process will normally take between 5 and 10 minutes.
